1. Gift Voucher Redemption

• Vouchers can only be redeemed if you are in possession of the original voucher or the unique booking number, please bring with you to the session

• If you do not attend your booked session and fail to notify us in advance, 20% of the voucher’s full value will be charged to cover the cost of the reserved space.

• In the case of a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a rebooking.

2. Cancellations by You

• All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing: jess@jessicajordanceramics.com

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the session start date will not be refunded and a new date will be made.
